We strive to provide only the best products on the market. If a product does not meet your needs we have a 3 step process before a tool can be returned.
You must call (775) 246-3333 to receive proper instructions for the use of our tools.
You must send an email to email@example.com to authorize the return of the tool. Please include the order number when requesting a return. A return authorization number (RMA) is required for processing any returned shipment.
So we can improve our products quality a questionnaire will be emailed with the RMA Number (this must be completed and returned before a refund is processed).
DO NOT SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT EMAILING US FIRST. If a product is returned without prior contact, it will be shipped back.
Our return policies are as follows:
We offer a 90-day return policy. Items must be returned in the original packaging and show no signs of use to qualify for a refund or store credit (scratches and blemishes are accepted). TriFORCE Carpet Stretcher is not responsible for the return freight. If returned after 30 days a 20% restocking fee will be applied. We do not accept any returns after 90 days (This will extend plenty of time to review our product).
We apologize for the inconvenience if your order arrives damaged or with defective items. We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the product and shipping charges. Please contact a customer service representative immediately if you have received a damaged or defective item. We require pictures of the defective product to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer a lifetime warranty against workmanship and defects, with the exception of the cotton teeth (grippers) as these are normal wear items. Misuse of the tool is not covered under the lifetime warranty. If the tool is found to be defective it will either be repaired, repair part(s) sent, or a full replacement tool will be issued, with the return of the original tool required.
